Who was your first celebrity crush?

Oddly enough that would have been the animated Robin Hood from the Disney Movie... I'm not sure anyone consider an animated character a celebrity. As far as a real breathing human celebrity? It must have been John Cusack. I dont swoon over Celebrities but I remember thinking he was pretty cute.. he still is... And if he shows up on my door step tomorrow, I'll invite him in for dinner but I'm not going to leave my hubby for him.

Dial-up, my nemesis
It took me almost a week after Valentines to get the Design page to load so I could change the look of my vox, and I haven't been able to get any pictures to upload in so long.. I'm a little frustrated.
On the other hand it does seem to pale in comparison to the power outages everywhere nearby due to the latest ice storm. The last time we had a power outage we frivolously blew $600 on a gas powered generator. We have been using it for more than 24 hours this time and I think we used it for about 24 the last time. The first time this winter the power went out we rented a generator for $45 a day or something... so after 14 days of no power we will actually be ahead... even so not having to go and get a generator and

Man vs Antenna.... the winner is.....

Last weekend My husband put up the antenna his Mother gave us for Christmas. (No, we don't have cable, or satellite) We got three channels. and they where crummy. Snow and static. the best we could do in a place where there are two markets (5 channels each) within 50 miles, was 3 channels. It was disappointing to say the least, even more disappointing the reason my husband put up the antenna in the nasty cold last weekend was to watch the supper bowl this past weekend. And of the 3 channels we got, CBS was not one of them.

Apparently I'm sitting at home with the kids, and not watching the game. CBS wont come in even with the antenna up, and my hubby has to leave anyway. :( its kinda sad..... I planned on watching since the Bears are playing...

Baby its Cold outside...
My cell phone battery and my face froze outside today....
But in a sick and twisted way I like winter.... I did admit it was a sick and twisted way... Nature fascinates me, trying to capture the beauty of Gods handiwork with a camera challenges and delights me. One morning a couple weeks ago when it was face freezing cold I took these shots.
