What do you do to get rid of a cold or flu?

sleep, eat, take dayquil and hope the kids dont get it too......

this is exactly what i do. and i pray that my kid doesn't get it either because then even after i get better (or am struggling to get better), i'm battling it out with a cranky, little one.and then i hope my husband doesn't get it because then, i have one less person (the only person) to help me out while battling it out with a cranky, little one.
